This is vegetarian and gluten free. A refreshing, herby, and vibrant pasta salad made from chick pea fusilli noodles. This is a salad that could fill you up if you were to eat it by itself. Accompined with fresh and juicy vine ripe tomatoes, diced fresh mozzarella, and crisp green beans. These ingredients are tossed in a housemade dressing of tomatoes, toasted almonds, garlic, basil leaf, parsley, extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. This will make a great side dish to any back yard bbq this season. Oregano tincture made with fresh oregano grown here on our farm. Oregano has been used for centuries for its antibacterial and antifungal properties as well as for wound healing and seasonal allergies. It is a great source of vitamins A, C, and E. Maintenance dose is 1/2 dropper full daily either under the tongue or mixed in a cup of filtered water. Healing dose is 1 dropper 2-3 times a day until well.
