Hello there! My name is Mattie, I’m a home baker who specializes in sourdough sandwich loaves, sourdough biscuits, banana bread and sourdough pancakes! My sourdough starter Martha is 233 years old and is thriving! Martha makes the most delicious bread, biscuits, banana bread and amazing pancakes that our whole family loves. Martha’s sandwich loaves are fresh up to 4 days and are perfect to store in your freezer in bulk for up to 3 months. Biscuits and pancakes are storable in the freezer for up to 3 months and are great to buy in bulk as well for a quick breakfast! Banana bread is storable in the freezer for up to a year! For now I will only be making sandwich loaves, sourdough biscuits, sourdough banana bread and sourdough pancakes, but artisan breads will come in the future! All ingredients are made with the best quality/organic ingredients. Thank you!
