These wonderful unique squash are the result of taking a crookneck squash and crossing it with a squash that was crossed with a golden acorn and a delicata! (3 heirlooms in one=wonderful hybrid!) They are unusually delicious nutty taste and firm texture for this almost seedless squash. Tender fruits are yellow with faint white strips and light green blossom ends. Color variation change depending on weather condition. Excellent for the grill or roasting, anyway you prepare them they will be wonderful.
