Brazil Cafelandia - Dark/Ground 12ozGrower: Sanders Bros. Coffee
Price: $12.00 ( 12 oz )Available (Estimated): 2
Roasted fresh for you in Murfreesboro the day before pick-up.
A fresh crop coffee from Paulo Roberto de Oliveira Souza at Fazenda(farm) Cafelandia in Brazil! The local micro-climate affects the coffee trees’ behavior, production cycle, harvest and post-harvest processes. The cold weather and high altitude also slow the maturation process, which results in more complex and aromatic qualities, as well as an amplified sweetness, due to the concentration of sugars in the beans. A wonderful, nutty, dark chocolatey DARK-roasted coffee for drip, press, and espresso!
*Coffee will be ground to a medium level. *Please note if needing a different level.

Colombia Nariño - Medium/Ground 12ozGrower: Sanders Bros. Coffee
Price: $12.00 ( 12 oz )Available (Estimated): 2
Roasted fresh for you in Murfreesboro the day before pick-up.
This coffee represents 18 farms, which on average are each less than a hectare. The farmers all work together, picking only perfectly ripe cherry by hand — a process likened to an extreme sport, given the steepness of the hills. The region of Nariño’s proximity to the Equator, the amount of sunny hours per day and the delta between day and night temperatures all create very particular conditions that make for a special sweetness in the cup. This beautiful coffee features a juicy, caramel body; a bright, citrus acidity; and notes of cane sugar, dried apricot and citrus fruits. Delicious any way that you choose to brew!
