I am baking and selling fresh sourdough loaves to raise funds for our domestic adoption. My 87 year old starter is named Josh Doughban because we raise him uuuuuuup! I use organic flour (King Arthur), filtered water (Berkey) and good quality filling ingredients!
my current flavors are: Plain, Rosemary, Parmesan Garlic, Orange Cranberry, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Double Chocolate—-with more options in the works!
