We are a mini-farm in Lascassas TN specializing in healthier versions of your favorite treats and wellness products. Our baked goods include scones, cookies, sweet breads almost all of which are organic & dairy-free with a few gluten-free options as well. We exclusively use organic heritage flour that is milled extra-fine to increase digestability and nutrient absorption.
We blend our own organic teas and also make organic salsa sourced from local farm-friends whenever possible.
Our homemade vanilla extract & nuts are customer favorites and make fantastic gifts to keep on hand year-round.
We also produce several wellness products such as bath steamers & teas to treat your soul from head to toe.
