I make fresh, artisanal breads using wholesome ingredients with an emphasis on heart health and high quality nutrition. Unlike breads found at many commercial outlets, Foster Bakery does not bromate bread or add other chemicals or carcinogens.
Currently, I am offering a wheat loaf made with 100% whole wheat flour. Other recipes are in the works.
