We are a new farm in Cornersville, TN that focuses on providing flavor-focused heirloom produce that will add flavor and spice to your favorite dishes. The vast majority of our varieties are heirloom varieties, because we love their superb flavor, beautiful colors and variety, and fascinating histories.
This year we are growing around 36 different varieties of peppers, ranging from very mild bell peppers all the way through a variety of specialty super-hot peppers (including Carolina Reapers, Ghost Peppers,Chocolate 7 Pot Peppers and other desirable hard to find varieties).
In addition to peppers, we are also growing thirteen different varieties of heirloom tomatoes, and will have tons of choice, with options ranging from tiny currant tomatoes to large German Giant beefsteak tomatoes. We will also have a smaller amount of other produce (summer squashes, winter squashes, okra, miniature melons, cucumbers, and more!) to round out our market selection. Last but not least, our flavor-focused farm would not be complete without our herbs. We LOVE herbs and will have a large selection of different home-grown varieties for market this year.
In addition to produce, we will also be having plenty of beautiful flowers for market, and will have bouquets made of cut flowers and wildflowers grown on our property. For this year have an enormous amount of sunflowers, a variety of beautiful dahlias and gladiolus, and tons of pretty wildflowers.
100% of our produce and products are grown and produced by us on our farm, and we’re proud of the way we grow and care for our garden.
