Beef meat sauce. Cooked with red wine, carrots, celery, onions and lots of garlic. Stewed into a marinara sauce with basil and parsley. Great with any pasta noodle and great on top of your favorite rice. Makes about 3 cups of sauce. This sauce is gluten free and dairy free. **ignore the gluten allergen label on the photo. That ingredient listing is served with pasta noodles. But this won’t have any noodles with it, it will just be the sauce.
