Our chickens free range and are raised in a mostly cruelty free environment. I do occasionally chase them with water guns when they get into the yard, but other than that they have it pretty good. I guess that's why their eggs are so tasty. I have a mixed flock including Auricauna birds, which is why some of my eggs are blue-green in color. The girls and I hope you enjoy them.

We have a small backyard flock and urban homestead. Our flock free-ranges daily and is fed whole grains along with fermented feed with fresh fruits and vegetables. Ours still have the bloom on to prolong freshness. They are counterstable for up to 2 weeks or refrigerator stable for several months. Just run under water prior to cracking and use. $4.50/dzn or $7/18 pk

We have a small backyard flock and urban homestead. Our flock free-ranges daily and is fed whole grains along with fermented feed with fresh fruits and vegetables. WINTER SPECIAL....Even in the cold weather our Chickens have been busy laying beautiful eggs. We've increase their nutrients to help keep them to keep warm. When they are happy they will provide us with a beautiful assortment of brown to tan eggs and you might see a blue or green eggs in your carton. They have rich bright yellow to orange yolks, they enjoy plenty of sunshine, grass and bugs with minimum amount of scratch grains, milo and sunflower seeds and enjoy running in their safe yard and enclosed nightly for their safety.

Our farm fresh eggs come from our free-ranged, pastured chickens with colors of light cream to dark brown as well as some olive and blue shells. With rich dark yellow to orange yolks their taste and quality cannot be beat. Our hens are fed a quality grain supplemented with our farm grown produce or other local grown produce as part of their diet. Focusing on not feeding antibiotics, growth hormones or pesticides is our primary goal while providing out customers and family with tasty, high-quality eggs.
