It has savory, sweet, and slightly tangy flavor profiles. It’s garnish with a little paprika but it is not spicy just nice Smokey bell pepper flavor. By weight it’s 1lb and 1/2 of russet potato. Should be able to feed quite a few people. Ingredients: russet potatoes, sweet onions, celery, eggs, mustard, mayo, pickle relish, brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Here is what I actually came here to do; the famous Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I found a great local bakery in West Nashville called Charpiers. I am using Charpier's 6inch hoagie. I am using 8oz of New York strip loin steaks per sandwich. I am making my own cheese wiz sauce which is just American cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Finally they will be served with sautéed onions, red bell peppers, garlic and portobello mushrooms. Garnished with fresh parsley. Will come with an additional side of cheese wiz sauce for your dunking pleasure. *Sandwich will have cheese wiz on it* * if you do not want one of these vegetables on your sandwich when you order please send me an email to exclude it* Ingredients: Hoagie Roll (Flour, water, yeast, salt) New York strip loin steak, onions, red bell peppers, portobello mushrooms, onions, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper, Cheese Wiz sauce (American cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Reheating instructions: Some of my favorite cheese steaks have been reheats the next morning. I would go to South Philly to Geno's and I would order one to eat there and one to take home. And the one I took home to me was better because the bread was all toasty and warm which is not the case when you go out for them. Pre heat oven to 350f, leave the cheesesteak out for 15 minutes prior to cooking. Wrap the cheesesteak in aluminum foil. Cook for 7-10mins or until it's hot. The foil will prevent the bread from burning but it will still take on a toasty finish. to reheat the cheesewiz place cheese wiz into a microwave safe dish and reheat for 30s. As a side note to this dish I also wanted to share with you that I will be doing a Nashphilly Pop Up event Saturday August 26th @ The Abbey in downtown Murfreesboro from 11am-3pm. I will be serving this same Philly cheesesteak with two small sides for a set price. I hope to see you there!

Basil has traditionally been used for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties as well as to treat high blood pressure, improve digestion, and as a liver protectant. Maintenance dose is 1/2 dropper full daily either under the tongue or mixed in a cup of filtered water. Healing dose is 1 dropper 2-3 times a day until well.

Classic lasagna with ground beef. 3 layers of robust roasted garlic red sauce, and smothered with mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses. Infused with Italian herbs such as basil, rosemary, oregano, and parsley. This will easily feed a family of 4. Depends how you cut it but you can get 9-12 severing out of this. The pan I use for these are 9in by 11in. The final weight is between 7lbs and 7 1/2 lbs *These will need to be cooked to finish on your end* Times may vary from oven to oven but this is how I do it. Have Lasagna sit at room temperature for an hour. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Cover the lasanga pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 30mins. After the 30mins, remove aluminum foil and bake for another 30mins. Finally if the top is not golden brown and delicious, use the broil option on your oven and keep a close eye on it until its finished.

Classic lasagna with beef. 3 layers of robust roasted garlic red sauce, and smothered with mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses. Infused with Italian herbs such as basil, rosemary, oregano, and parsley. These are in a 9in by 6in by 2in deep pan. Can feed one very hungry person or would be perfect for two people with a side salad or soup. The pasta noodles and beef are all fully cooked, will require additional baking at home! Instructions: Leave lasagna out at room temperature for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 45mins, or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Everyones oven is a little different it may take up to an hour in some ovens. DO NOT MICROWAVE IN ITS CONTAINER! Ingredients: Sauce (San Marzano canned tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper), Lasagna Noodle (Durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron ( ferrous sulfate)), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, Ground Beef, Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan, Parsley, Oregano, Rosemary, and Salt and Pepper.

Leave out one hour prior to cooking* Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place in the oven and cook with foil on it for 45min. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. The top part should start to golden brown as this point. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165 degree f.

Two 6 ounce sirloin fillets seared to perfection wrapped with the Hammery's signature prosciutto and stuffed with a mushroom duxelle (just sautéed mushrooms with onions, garlic, and parsley) Wrapped in a piece of fluffy puff pastry. If you have never had before it is a divine dish. Something that should be brought back to the dinner scene, and it will be! Ingredients- Beef Sirloin, prosciutto, mushrooms, onions garlic, puff pastry, salt and pepper. egg for egg wash. Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degree f. Transfer wellingtons to new sheet tray, make sure the tray is greased with either butter or cooking oil. Place in oven for 20mins. It will be a med-rare temperature at this point. If desired higher cooking temperature, after the 20min mark. Place in oven temperature to 350 degrees f and place for an additional 5 minutes for med to med well. 7 plus minutes for well done.
