This page is where you can place your orders. If you're logged in to your account *and* the market is open, you will see quantity box an "Add to Cart" icon next to each item. If you just want one, click on the icon to add it to your cart. If you want more, you can either change the quantity and then click, or click the number of times you want.
Once you've finished shopping, click the checkout link in your shopping cart (located at the upper left side of this page, below this help area).
We take orders Sunday starting at 8am until Monday at 10pm.

This is vegetarian and gluten free.
A refreshing, herby, and vibrant pasta salad made from chick pea fusilli noodles. This is a salad that could fill you up if you were to eat it by itself. Accompined with fresh and juicy vine ripe tomatoes, diced fresh mozzarella, and crisp green beans. These ingredients are tossed in a housemade dressing of tomatoes, toasted almonds, garlic, basil leaf, parsley, extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.
This will make a great side dish to any back yard bbq this season.
Ingredients: Chick pea pasta, )chickpeas, pea starch, tapioca, xanthan gum) fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes, green beans extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, basil, parsley, almonds.

Umbria Potato SaladGrower: NashPhilly

A much different take on a potato salad but I am sure it will not disappoint you in the least bit. I render most of the bacon fat first, then add onions, garlic, pepperoncinis and red bell peppers. Once they are slightly cooked, deglaze the pan with red wine vinegar. And the final step, toss the potatoes in the pan and finish with some fresh parsley and thyme.
It's light, slightly sour and spicy, very filling, and fresh. Great for these hot summer days ahead of us. Perfect for a backyard bbq. One order of this will certainly be able to feed a few people very well.
Ingredients: Russet potatoes, bacon, onions, pepperoncinis, red bell peppers, parsley, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper and Himalayan sea salt.
It is recommended to heat this up slightly or to serve it at room temperature. If its right out of the refrigerator
the bacon fat may be coagulated, might not be as good is all.
