Classic lasagna with ground beef. 3 layers of robust roasted garlic red sauce, and smothered with mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses. Infused with Italian herbs such as basil, rosemary, oregano, and parsley. This will easily feed a family of 4. Depends how you cut it but you can get 9-12 severing out of this. The pan I use for these are 9in by 11in. The final weight is between 7lbs and 7 1/2 lbs *These will need to be cooked to finish on your end* Times may vary from oven to oven but this is how I do it. Have Lasagna sit at room temperature for an hour. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Cover the lasanga pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 30mins. After the 30mins, remove aluminum foil and bake for another 30mins. Finally if the top is not golden brown and delicious, use the broil option on your oven and keep a close eye on it until its finished.

Here is an 8-10 oz portion of my beef and cheese lasagna, that is already fully cooked. Beef and cheese layered between lasagna sheets, and covered with Italian herbs, and mozzarella, ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. This unlike my other dishes will be made it advance and will come frozen. Let it thaw in the refrigerator one day before you want to have it for best results. Ingredients: Beef, lasagna sheets, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, basil, tomatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper.

Can feed one very hungry person or would be perfect for two people with a side salad or soup. The pasta noodles and beef are all fully cooked, will require additional baking at home! Instructions: Leave lasagna out at room temperature for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 45mins, or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Everyones oven is a little different it may take up to an hour in some ovens. DO NOT MICROWAVE IN ITS CONTAINER! Ingredients: Sauce (San Marzano canned tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper), Lasagna Noodle (Durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron ( ferrous sulfate)), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, Ground Beef, Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan, Parsley, Oregano, Rosemary, and Salt and Pepper.

Penne noodles and beef toasted in my garlic red sauce.Smothered with mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, parmesan cheeses, and finished and of course Italian herbs. Heating instructions. Leave out one hour prior to cooking* Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place in the oven and cook with foil on it for 45min. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. The top part should start to golden brown as this point. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165 degree f.

Two 6 ounce sirloin fillets seared to perfection wrapped with the Hammery's signature prosciutto and stuffed with a mushroom duxelle (just sautéed mushrooms with onions, garlic, and parsley) Wrapped in a piece of fluffy puff pastry. If you have never had before it is a divine dish. Something that should be brought back to the dinner scene, and it will be! Ingredients- Beef Sirloin, prosciutto, mushrooms, onions garlic, puff pastry, salt and pepper. egg for egg wash. Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degree f. Transfer wellingtons to new sheet tray, make sure the tray is greased with either butter or cooking oil. Place in oven for 20mins. It will be a med-rare temperature at this point. If desired higher cooking temperature, after the 20min mark. Place in oven temperature to 350 degrees f and place for an additional 5 minutes for med to med well. 7 plus minutes for well done.

Great with any pasta noodle and great on top of your favorite rice. Makes about 3 cups of sauce. This sauce is gluten free and dairy free. **ignore the gluten allergen label on the photo. That ingredient listing is served with pasta noodles. But this won’t have any noodles with it, it will just be the sauce.

This chicken marsala is made from scratch by yours truly. I will pound and tenderize the chicken to make super thin cutlets. Dredge them in flour and pan fry until golden brown. I finish cooking the cutlets and make the marsala sauce in the same pan at the same time. Finally I finish with fresh Italian herbs served over spaghetti. Served with a salad and some bread this will feed two people, or one very hungry one.
