This page is where you can place your orders. If you're logged in to your account *and* the market is open, you will see quantity box an "Add to Cart" icon next to each item. If you just want one, click on the icon to add it to your cart. If you want more, you can either change the quantity and then click, or click the number of times you want.
Once you've finished shopping, click the checkout link in your shopping cart (located at the upper left side of this page, below this help area).
We take orders Sunday starting at 8am until Monday at 10pm.

Your favorite 1980's dish brought to you by your new favorite chef.
Two 6 ounce sirloin fillets seared to perfection wrapped with the Hammery's signature prosciutto and stuffed with a mushroom duxelle (just sautéed mushrooms with onions, garlic, and parsley) Wrapped in a piece of fluffy puff pastry.
If you have never had before it is a divine dish. Something that should be brought back to the dinner scene, and it will be!
Ingredients- Beef Sirloin, prosciutto, mushrooms, onions garlic, puff pastry, salt and pepper. egg for egg wash.
Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degree f. Transfer wellingtons to new sheet tray, make sure the tray is greased with either butter or cooking oil. Place in oven for 20mins. It will be a med-rare temperature at this point. If desired higher cooking temperature, after the 20min mark. Place in oven temperature to 350 degrees f and place for an additional 5 minutes for med to med well. 7 plus minutes for well done.
