This is a seasoning we have come to love. It is an all purpose seasoning with its own flavor profile. This blend has sesame seed, sumac berry, pink salt, thyme, marjoram and oregano. We currently buy in bulk from Mountain Rose Herbs but plan to try our own hand at it when we get all the ingredients, minus the salt, to grow on our property.
