We have been raising sheep for 5 generations on Linwood Farm in Watertown TN. We shear our sheep once per year in the spring using the Australian Long Blow Method. Fleeces will weigh 4 to 10 pounds depending on the breed. All of the fleeces were exhibited at the 2022 Tennessee State Fair Wool Show. WINTER SPECIAL....Even in the cold weather our Chickens have been busy laying beautiful eggs. We've increase their nutrients to help keep them to keep warm. To cover expenses of feed we have had to increase our price .50 cents! It's still a better price that grocery stores and definately fresher! When they are happy they will provide us with a beautiful assortment of brown to tan eggs. They have rich bright yellow to orange yolks, they enjoy plenty of sunshine, grass and bugs with minimum amount of health scratch grains, milo and sunflower seeds and enjoy running in their safe yard and enclosed nightly for their safety.

This chicken marsala is made from scratch by yours truly. I will pound and tenderize the chicken to make super thin cutlets. Dredge them in flour and pan fry until golden brown. I finish cooking the cutlets and make the marsala sauce in the same pan at the same time. Finally I finish with fresh Italian herbs served over spaghetti. Served with a salad and some bread this will feed two people, or one very hungry one. Heating Instructions: Remove from pan and microwave on plate until hot, 2-3mins I recommend you garnish the dish with a healthy amount of freshly cracked black pepper, Himalayan sea salt and Parmesan Cheese, and of course have some great Italian bread and butter (yum) Ingredients: Chicken, flour, avocado oil, butter, baby portabella mushrooms, onions, garlic, chicken stock, Marsala wine, heavy cream, thyme,, rosemary, parsley, spaghetti

Finished with fresh parsley 4 delicious cutlets and 6oz of spaghetti noodles. Ingredients: Chicken, flour, egg, bread crumbs, garlic and onion powder, spaghetti noodles Durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron ( ferrous sulfate)), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, red sauce ( tomatoes garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt and black pepper. Parsley. Heating instructions: Place desired portion of pasta on a microwave safe place, add additional sauce on top of pasta, place desired amount of chicken cutlets on tops. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until hot.

This is my take on a chicken pot pie. It comes with everything you might expect carrots, peas, potatoes, but with the additional flavor of rosemary. It will have has a slice of puff pastry on top. this is a meal for two people! A hearty meal sure to keep you warm these winter nights! Ingredients: Carrots, celery, onions, chicken, potatoes, white wine, peas, rosemary, garlic, roux ( butter and flour) chicken stock, puff pastry, egg, salt and black pepper. Reheating Instructions: Let the pot pie sit at room temperture for 30mins. Preheat oven to 375 f. Place in over for 15minutes-20minutes. Watch your puff pastry the last 5minutes, it could burn.
