Classic lasagna with ground beef. 3 layers of robust roasted garlic red sauce, and smothered with mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses. Infused with Italian herbs such as basil, rosemary, oregano, and parsley. This will easily feed a family of 4. Depends how you cut it but you can get 9-12 severing out of this. The pan I use for these are 9in by 11in. The final weight is between 7lbs and 7 1/2 lbs *These will need to be cooked to finish on your end* Times may vary from oven to oven but this is how I do it. Have Lasagna sit at room temperature for an hour. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Cover the lasanga pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 30mins. After the 30mins, remove aluminum foil and bake for another 30mins. Finally if the top is not golden brown and delicious, use the broil option on your oven and keep a close eye on it until its finished.

Here is an 8-10 oz portion of my beef and cheese lasagna, that is already fully cooked. Beef and cheese layered between lasagna sheets, and covered with Italian herbs, and mozzarella, ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. This unlike my other dishes will be made it advance and will come frozen. Let it thaw in the refrigerator one day before you want to have it for best results. Ingredients: Beef, lasagna sheets, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, basil, tomatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper.

Can feed one very hungry person or would be perfect for two people with a side salad or soup. The pasta noodles and beef are all fully cooked, will require additional baking at home! Instructions: Leave lasagna out at room temperature for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 45mins, or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Everyones oven is a little different it may take up to an hour in some ovens. DO NOT MICROWAVE IN ITS CONTAINER! Ingredients: Sauce (San Marzano canned tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper), Lasagna Noodle (Durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron ( ferrous sulfate)), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, Ground Beef, Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan, Parsley, Oregano, Rosemary, and Salt and Pepper.

Penne noodles and beef toasted in my garlic red sauce.Smothered with mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, parmesan cheeses, and finished and of course Italian herbs. Heating instructions. Leave out one hour prior to cooking* Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place in the oven and cook with foil on it for 45min. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. The top part should start to golden brown as this point. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165 degree f.

French red wine and beef stew. Beef shoulder pieces are cut down into cubes, seasoned and seared until brown on all sides. We add some flavors such as onions and garlic.
