These sourdough English Muffins are airy, light, soft, and delicious! They have a slightly tangy flavor from the sourdough and are subtly sweet from the raw, organic honey. These are a perfect breakfast item. You can simply top them with jam, cream cheese, or honey. You can also make a delicious sandwich by adding egg, meat and/or cheese! These contain unbleached flour, whole milk, sourdough starter, butter, honey, and pink Himalayan salt. They are coated and cooked on semolina flour.

Focaccia is a flat Italian bread that is baked in a 13x10 pan. The bread is our delicious, chewy, tangy sourdough topped with garlic infused olive oil, soft roasted garlic, fresh rosemary and course salt. The toppings are dimpled into the bread to give the signature focaccia look! Introducing one of the most nutritious grains on the market. To combat textural issues commonly found in whole grain bread, Foster Bakery's whole wheat dough goes through an autolyze period to soften the dough and includes butter to add a pleasant flavor. This loaf is ideal for hearty whole foods that complement the chewy texture of whole wheat. My favorite uses for whole wheat include chicken/turkey sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, and peanut butter toast. For a sweet treat, this bread is perfect for cinnamon toast. Slice as you go for best quality (unless you plan to freeze it). This bread is made on Tuesdays, and it's best to consume or freeze no later than Friday. The bags are freezer-friendly. This loaf makes approximately 10-12 slices + 2 endpieces. All of Foster Bakery's breads are free from artificial preservatives and harmful additives commonly found in mass-produced baked goods.
