Our Brown Butter Chocolate chip cookies are soft and chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. These cookies are made with sourdough starter for added gut health. We use brown butter for a richer and nuttier flavor and a softer texture. These cookies contain unbleached flour, brown butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, sourdough starter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and pink Himalayan salt.

We have been researching what have been called "Desperation Pies", since we are trying to get back to our roots! Desperation Pies were made during the Great Depression when resources were limited. So, we made more with less just like our grandparents did! Our Chess Pies are made with sugar, butter, eggs, lemon juice and handmade pie crusts! Yum.

This is my take on a chicken pot pie. It comes with everything you might expect carrots, peas, potatoes, but with the additional flavor of rosemary. It will have has a slice of puff pastry on top. this is a meal for two people! A hearty meal sure to keep you warm these winter nights! Ingredients: Carrots, celery, onions, chicken, potatoes, white wine, peas, rosemary, garlic, roux ( butter and flour) chicken stock, puff pastry, egg, salt and black pepper. Reheating Instructions: Let the pot pie sit at room temperture for 30mins. Preheat oven to 375 f. Place in over for 15minutes-20minutes. Watch your puff pastry the last 5minutes, it could burn.
