The delivery fee you pay goes directly to our Delivery Associate for their personal gas and time to deliver your order to you. Unfortunately due to Square increasing the Invoicing using Square, we have had to increase our Invoicing fee to $4.00 effective immediately. Your order is delivered as soon as we get it packed up and our driver is available. It will always be delivered same day of market. Please provide a cooler/ice chest or secure location for your order. We will not deliver inside of homes, only to the door or specified area. If you have loose dogs, please let us know. Delivery Service is available in a 10-mile radius from the Murfreesboro square. Outside the 10-miles radius an additional $1.00 per mile will be added. There is also a $5.00 emergency fee added to any deliveries scheduled after the market closes. Delivery is also available to Woodbury at our Market Manager's location that fee is $15.00. You will be notified of the Managers address if you request this option. Please be sure to include your address where you want to receive your order. Luffa What is a luffa? Think of a "scrubby" used in the shower. Maybe you think of a "sponge". Luffa is a vegetable and a member of the squash family. When small (about 6") it can be eaten like okra. But at East Fork Farm, we allow them to remain on the vine and grow all summer long until right before the first frost. At that point, they are pulled from vine, dried out, shucked of their outer hard flesh and stripped. This provides long cylindrical shaped sponge to use in many ways. We love our luffa. It has SO many uses. From cleaning your body to your pots (works great on cast iron), dishes, scrubbing showers, floors, to even a safe chew toy for dogs.

Dug this spring from a grove in my yard and potted in gallon pots. These are first-year plants, still small, and may not bloom next year. This native shrub, American Elder or Sambucus canadensis, has been known for its delicious fruit (for use in jellies, pies or wine) since native American times. It has more recently been used in landscapes for its spectacular blossoms and dramatically colored berries. The Elderberry is also a fantastic wildlife habitat, providing both shelter for small animals and a healthy food source. Elderberries are both drought and cold-tolerant, adapt to almost any soil type and most drainage conditions and have few pests. They grow 6 to 12 feet high in an oval or rounded shape. The white flower clusters are generally 6 to 10 inches in diameter and are very showy with a nice fragrance. The fruit, which is pleasantly tart but high in vitamin C, is a smooth round berry measuring three-sixteenths-inch in diameter growing in broad flat clusters. Grows in zones: 3 - 9
