A much different take on a potato salad but I am sure it will not disappoint you in the least bit. I render most of the bacon fat first, then add onions, garlic, pepperoncinis and red bell peppers. Once they are slightly cooked, deglaze the pan with red wine vinegar. And the final step, toss the potatoes in the pan and finish with some fresh parsley and thyme. It's light, slightly sour and spicy, very filling, and fresh. Great for these hot summer days ahead of us. Perfect for a backyard bbq. One order of this will certainly be able to feed a few people very well. Ingredients: Russet potatoes, bacon, onions, pepperoncinis, red bell peppers, parsley, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper and Himalayan sea salt. It is recommended to heat this up slightly or to serve it at room temperature. If its right out of the refrigerator the bacon fat may be coagulated, might not be as good is all.

Do you like bread? Enjoy this beloved staple guilt-free by buying a loaf from me. Unlike many commercial bakeries that use bromated/carcinogenic ingredients, I use simple and minimally processed ingredients to make a delicious and filling bread. As a versatile food, this loaf is especially ideal for French toast, grilled cheese, or garlic bread. 2-3 slices meets over 20% of your daily iron need; it's also great for a sandwich to take to work or other places on the go. This loaf makes approximately 10-12 slices + 2 endpieces. Slice as you go for best quality (unless if you plan to freeze it). Since my bread doesn't contain any preservatives, it's best to consume or freeze within 3 days of picking up. The bags are freezer friendly.
