Penne noodles and chicken toasted in my garlic red sauce.Smothered with mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, parmesan cheeses, and finished with crushed red chili flakes and of course Italian herbs. Not designed to knock to your socks off spicy but this will have a distinct spiciness to it. This dish can be made without the crushed chili flakes. When placing the order just leave a note to exclude it! Sure to feed a family a four easily. Ingredients: Penne Pasta, chicken, San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, bay leafs, basil, mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, parmesan, parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, red crushed chili flakes, salt and pepper. Heating instructions. Leave out one hour prior to cooking* Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place in the oven and cook with foil on it for 45min. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. The top part should start to golden brown as this point. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165 degree f.
