Our baked goods include scones, cookies, sweet breads almost all of which are organic & dairy-free with a few gluten-free options as well. We blend our own organic teas and also make organic salsa sourced from local farm-friends whenever possible.
Our homemade vanilla extract & nuts are customer favorites and make fantastic gifts to keep on hand year-round.
We also produce several wellness products such as bath steamers & teas to treat your soul from head to toe.*

SPRING MEADOW FARM: Welcome Back on the Market with some of their great items. Fresh cut Cilantro along with Fresh Cut Dill and Fresh Cut Mint, Granola, Kale, Red Leaf ettuce, Romaine and Sugar Pod Snap Peas.

Valley View Farm and Garden: Several option for ordering our Garlic. Highlighing the flower petals of the calendula plant (Calendula officinalis), or pot marigold, have been used for medicinal purposes since at least the 12th century. Calendula is native to Mediterranean countries but is now grown as an ornamental plant throughout the world. However, it is not the same as the annual marigold plant that is often grown in gardens. Calendula has high amounts of flavonoids, plant-based antioxidants that protect cells from being damaged by unstable molecules called free radicals. Calendula appears to fight inflammation, viruses, and bacteria. Traditionally, calendula has been used to treat stomach upset and ulcers, as well as relieve menstrual cramps, but there is no scientific evidence that calendula works for these problems. Today, calendula is often used topically, meaning it is applied to the skin. Calendula has been shown to help wounds heal faster, possibly by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the affected area, which helps the body grow new tissue. It is also used to improve skin hydration and firmness. The dried petals of the calendula plant are used in tinctures, ointments, and washes to treat burns, bruises, and cuts, as well as the minor infections they cause. Calendula also has been shown to help prevent dermatitis or skin inflammation in people with breast cancer during radiation therapy. We also have added Potpourri using the dried flowers all grown on the farm. We also have added various essentials oils to provide a wonderful scent for the home or office.

Carole’s Herbs (CS3 Farms): We have shifted to making herbal supplements that come in dropper forms. The Lion’s mane is known for its help with brain cognition. The Reishi is known for helping with thyroid issues. They are both also known for helping with the immune system.
This week I have more elderberry syrup. I have plenty of elderberry/ spilanthes tinctures on hand for those who do not prefer the syrup for their fight against viruses through the winter months.
Herbal honeys that I am straining out this week are the Tulsi honey and a lavender chamomile honey.
Finally we have a large sweet basil and a tall Thai basil that will be made into pesto to beat the frost. We will have several of those on the market. They are great to set out a few hours before ready to enjoy them.

Rainbow Hill Farm: We have several varieties of apple this week:

Rome – Dark Red, Mild Flavor, good for both cooking and baking
Jonagold -This apple is a cross of Jonathan and Golden delicious, a tart flavor with some sweetness.

Grower News:

Valley View Farm and Garden: this week added Radishes, Pak Choy both fall crops grown organically.

Yentz Family Farm: I am doing my best to upload my lettuce this evening. I am guessing a bit and hope to not run short but weather permitting we should have a good lettuce show this week. We are going to cover for the frost and hope for the best. We have several delicious ‘treats or desserts’ items.

Rainbow Hill Farm: We have several varieties of apple this week:

Rome – Dark Red, Mild Flavor, good for both cooking and baking
Jonagold -This apple is a cross of Jonathan and Golden delicious, a tart flavor with some sweetness.
Winesap – A hard tart apple. Great for cooking

Lavender Cottage: We have added Freeze Dried: Bell Pepper Powder, Tomato Powder, Kale Powder and Tomato. Also have Dried Salsa Mixes. We also have several Freeze Dried fruits and veggies. If anyone is looking for a particular freeze dried candy please by all means send me an email and I’ll do my best to have them available for next week. Freeze Dried Cantaloupe Bites, Golden Watermelon Bites, Gummy Geeks (Originally Nerd Gummy clusters), Dried Jalapeno Pepper, Dried Mixed Color Bell Pepper, Dried Rancher Puffs (Originally Jolly Ranches), Dried Scuttles (originally Skittles), Dried Strawberry Bites, Dried Sun Kist Cherry Tomatoes, Dried Taphy Bombs (aka Originally Salt Water Taffy), Dried Tomatoes and Dried Watermelon Bites, always check back, consently adding new items.

The Natural Nook:
Start buildng up your immune system. I will be offering homemade elderberry syrup as an effective remedy against colds and viruses as well homemade bone broth packed with collagen that can be used as broth in soups or just warmed to drink as is for health benefits.

Quarter Spring Farm: is proud to present pounds and pounds of perfectly pastured poultry products for your palate’s pleasure. Our scintillating skin softening soaps are suavely secented and smell supberb. We also have lamb products.

Pinky’s Micros: You are missing out if you don’t eat these greens…healthy..put them in a smoothy, top you salads or sandwich, make rollups….Microgreens pack 40x more vital nutrients than their mature counterparts. Extremely dense in vital enzymes, minerals, vitamins, omega, and high does of chlorophyll. There aren’t many foods you could eat that are that packed of nutrients and harvested a day before delivery for freshness.
Put them on your sandwiches, top your salads, or use them in place of lettuce.

Flying S Farms: Still have fall/winter produce: Butternut Squash, Radishes – Diakon, White Hailstone, Cherry Bell, Mixed Kale, Cherry Tomato and slicing tomato. Jams will be added as we get them made this week, newest is our Concord Low Sugar Jelly from our vines on our farm! Seriously HOT Strawberry is back in stock! Watch for more jam to be add over the next few weeks. Our Sour Dough Brads available sliced or unsliced in a loaf or assorted pan size rolls.

NashPhilly: CONGRATULATION TO Dustin of NashPhilly, he will be back on the market after he returns from his ‘Honeymoon’ next weeks.

The Natural Nook:
I am a mom to 5 amazing kids and never feel more satisfied than when I provide our family of 7 with natural, nourishing food and products that keep us all healthy and thriving. Now that we are enjoying the benefits of this lifestyle, I wanted to share some of the products I make for our family in my kitchen with our community as well. I would like to start by offering homemade elderberry syrup as an effective remedy against colds and viruses as well homemade bone broth packed with collagen that can be used as broth in soups or just warmed to drink as is for health benefits.

Q*uarter Spring Farm:* is proud to present pounds and pounds of perfectly pastured poultry products for your palate’s pleasure. Our scintillating skin softening soaps are suavely secented and smell supberb. We also have lamb products.

Thweatt Things: Added a new item this week, Get ready for holiday cooking with my new casserole cozies. Square cozy fits a standard square 8×8 pan, larger cozy fits a 9 × 13 casserole dish. These are not microwaveable as they are lined with insul-brite, a metallic backed batting which helps to insulate your food. Can be customized for holidays or certain color schemes upon request. The Walker Tote organizer fits over most walkers and makes a stable holder for newspapers, remotes, fiber arts and crafts, tissues, phones and water bottles. These lightweight totes are made of cotton and completely washable. They make great gifts for the elderly who rely on walkers for mobility. Or Mother’s with strollers to keep items handy. Also will work on shopping carts.

The start-up of school means more time to sew and I’m doing just that. This fall I’m featuring handmade Egg-gathering Aprons in both adult and kids sizes. These are made from 100% cotton, pre-washed and machine washable and dryable for easy care. The pockets for the eggs are large enough to accommodate a larger egg (like a duck egg) or a couple of hen eggs. These could also be useful for crafting or any other activity where small pockets might come in handy. Check out my posts for pricing info. I can also customize them for you if you’d like a matching adult/child combo. Thanks for looking.

Carol’s Herbs (CS3 Farms): newly added this week…..Lions Mane Double Extraction: This double extraction was made from a Lions mane found on our property. First extraction was in a gluten free vodka and the second extraction was in water from our rain harvested water. Researched and shown benefits on breath health according to Dr. Axe
Reishi Mushroom double extraction is great for the thyroid, immune system and anti cancer. Look up more at https://www.kindroot.com and read about it in the Feb 25, 2023 edition

I would like to start by offering homemade elderberry syrup as an effective remedy against colds and viruses as well homemade bone broth packed with collagen that can be used as broth in soups or just warmed to drink as is for health benefits.

Quarter Spring Farm: is proud to present pounds and pounds of perfectly pastured poultry products for your palate’s pleasure. Our scintillating skin softening soaps are suavely secented and smell supberb. We also have lamb products.
