a HUGE welcome to Valentine Family Farm , whose farm is in Murfreesboro, lovingly bringing us: Hand-crafted Krauts, Pickles, Marinaras, Chutneys, Salsas and more on the way!! You HAVE to try these amazing delights that Daphne and Ben create. Home-grown, local produce, their industrial hemp, wild-harvested greens and herbs and SO MUCH thought and love into everything they do!! Please show some love and support the way I know our market does!!

Nuance Coffee & Tea is BACK and I know you are excited for Sean’s return!!

Rocky Glade Farm is here this week but will be away next week so be sure to stock up!

This week they bring: more honey in one pound inverted jars or glass quarts, potatoes and garlic and those yummy Tropea Onions.

White City Produce and Greenhouse has added a purple beauty bell pepper.

Botanical Harmony Farm will have sprouts at pickup and is updating with new soaps! Thank you to those who were able to make it out to the Mayday Folk N Art Fest to support what we do!

Good morning!

Have we mentioned how amazing the folks at L & L Contractors are lately? ABSOLUTLEY supportive of the local community in every way they can be! Makes me proud to call Murfreesboro my hometown!

L & L Contractors is GIVING AWAY the whiskey barrel table handcrafted by Rustic River Creations which sits on the stone rise at market pickup. The way to enter is via their Facebook page and the post they made about the giveaway which ends on 7/20!! Don’t miss your chance!

Nuance Coffee & Tea will be away this week 7/20. We look forward to Sean’s return.

Chef Jenny, Seeds of Success returns with many items, including her raw carrot cake! Locally grown carrots included in these decadent and nutritious bites!

ROCKY GLADE FARM brings us delicious:

HONEY! Just finished up robbing our ladies this week and the honey is wonderful! Our honey is all natural, we just strain it, never heat it…so it retains all the natural enzymes and pollen etc that will help you fight allergies naturally. We grow all sorts of vegetables that the bees get nectar from, they also take in a good amount of white clover and the buckwheat we grow for cover crops, so the honey is a true mix of everything they have collected from last fall, all winter, spring and early summer…good immunity! Coloring is medium, honey color will vary from bottle to bottle. Taste is fantastic!!! I have quart jars in glass as well as plastic inverted squeeze bottles that hold one pound of honey.

Garlic…garlic bundles!

Potatoes…plenty of german butterballs are available as well as purple bora valley and Yukon gold.

Tropea Onions—Sweet Red onions that are very mild, no bite just lots of wonderful sweet onion flavor. These are the torpedo shaped onions. They come in one pound bundles

Erdmann Farms has absolutely GORGEOUS cut flowers!!

White City Produce has large amounts of vegetables available along with favorites from Flying S Farm SweatPea and Rainbow Hill

Diamond5Farms announces the addition of their honey to the market today! They have 1 and 2 pounds on offer. The honey is chemical-free, RAW,and coarsely strained to give you the very best the bees have to offer!

They also have their lamb packages (4 to choose from) back on the market! Don’t miss out on those.

Nuance Coffee & Tea will be away this week AND next week (7/13 and 7/20) deliveries. We look forward to Sean’s return.

German white garlic bundles which are 3-4 bulbs of our yummiest garlic. Shishito Peppers
A variety of potatoes red/golds and purples. And a 5 lb bag of Yukon gold potatoes as well.

It’s So dang hot!! We know it happens annually in Tennessee but it’s always near debilitating when it hits!!

Don’t let that ruin some wonderful Independence Day celebrations. Be sure to stock up on the cut flowers, beautiful red, white and lavender Gladiolas would make such a stunning display! Erdmann Farms is working through this heat to bring some absolutely breathtaking flowers to the market!

Lavender bundles will be available for $10 each for ordering and at pickup. Our friends Charlotte and Mark have a beautiful lavender farm in College Grove and the harvest this year is spectacular. This variety, Grosso, is incredibly fragrant and it dries so well. The culinary uses are many and it tastes as wonderfully as it smells! Don’t miss out on these.

Benjamin’s Fresh Organic Sprouts continue to be a pickup favorite and Benjamin thanks you all for your support of his venture. He will continue with alfalfa and add some new mixes soon! 2+ ounces for $2 is a great deal!

Sweetpea Bamboo is still available and if you saw it at market pickup last week will know it is good stuff! They have also added SORREL!! Tart, lemony greens for your salads, smoothies and so much more!

Good Morning and Happy Father’s Day!

Rocky Glade Farm will be on summer break for a few months, we look forward to their return and have so much gratitude for the work they do to provide us with healthy produce and eggs from Dylem and Caleb

Flying S Farms will have cabbage, yellow and zephyr squash, 2 types of kale and collards along with our baked items and added a new jam Rhubarb Orange Jam.

Sweetpea Bamboo is still available and if you saw it at market pickup last week will know it is good stuff!

Botanical Harmony Farm is updating packaging/pricing and is adding 3 types of bath salt soaks infused with their wildcrafted/farmgrown herbs and a blend of salts for relaxation, muscle support and an energizing blend!
