This page is where you can place your orders. If you're logged in to your account *and* the market is open, you will see quantity box an "Add to Cart" icon next to each item. If you just want one, click on the icon to add it to your cart. If you want more, you can either change the quantity and then click, or click the number of times you want.
Once you've finished shopping, click the checkout link in your shopping cart (located at the upper left side of this page, below this help area).
We take orders Sunday starting at 8am until Monday at 10pm.

Sage, Lemon Balm, Raspberry Leaf (loose)
• Gentle grounding herbs to help settle your stomach. Have gas, indigestion, or nausea? Sage has been used to treat loss of appetite, upper respiratory ailments and sore throats, gas (flatulence), stomach pain (gastritis), diarrhea, heartburn, overproduction of perspiration and saliva; depression, and memory loss. Lemon Balm has been used to reduce stress and anxiety, and. to treat indigestion and nausea. Raspberry Leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals, and have been used to treat leg cramps, help with nausea, balance hormonal issues, and boost energy.
Steep 1 tbsp in 1 1/2 cups hot water for 5-15 minutes (as preferred). Add honey or other sweetener to taste. Avoid boiling the water while the herbs are present. Consider using a French press or easy to clean loose tea device.

Trouble sleeping? Can’t even find any sheep to count? Try this concoction 30-40 minutes before bed to help you calm and rest peacefully.
Lemon Balm, Valerian, Lavender, and Ginger
Lavender has been used to treat anxiety, insomnia, nausea, and skin irritations.
Lemon Balm has been used to reduce stress and anxiety, and to treat indigestion and nausea. It has also been used to calm fretfulness and relieve headaches.
Chamomile promotes sleep and boosts immunity. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic properties.
Ginger is a synergist, both with herbs and antibiotics.
Valerian is often used to relieve stress, tension, insomnia, and nervous system disorders, as well as some cases of anxiety. For many it is relaxing and stimulating. For a select few, it may be stimulating.
Steep for 30-60 minutes depending on desired strength. Drink hot, at room temperature, or iced. Avoid boiling the water while the herbs are present. Consider using a French press or easy to clean loose tea device (like those we offer in brewing accessories).
Take at desired strength based on effectiveness (sometimes more is not better) for up to 2 weeks, then off a week. Drinking alcohol or operating vehicles or heavy machinery are not recommended after drinking this tea.

Stress Away Tea
Is it all a bit much? Push back on the stress and anxiety with this mellowing and rejuvenating blend. This blend of lemon balm and lavender, mixed with gotu kola, St. John's wort, and valerian, was designed to let you reset the stress.
Steep 2 tsp/cup for 40 or more minutes, 2-3 times a day, as needed.
Avoid sugar and eat more sunflower seeds and brazil nuts for added anti-stress benefit.
