SPECIAL ORDER: Call or email for availability. After many requests, I finally decided to add a Fresh Coconut Cake. And, yes, I actually used a fresh coconut, drained the milk, and peeled and shredded the coconut. This cake features a yummy yellow cake - each layer is drenched in coconut milk and topped with Marshmallow Frosting. There wasn't even a crumb left at our Wednesday Night Fellowship Dinner.
