Blue-green feathery leaves make this a striking kale. One of the best varieties for raw salad use as leaves are more tender than most other kales. Will go well in salads, sauteed or prepared like you would spinach. We boiled/steamed a couple pounds with diced onions and a tablespoon of bacon drippings, there wasn't any leftovers!
