Rendered lard from Non-GMO, non-antibiotic pork back fat from free-range pig. We personally use daily in cooking and baking in place or oils or butter and have excellent cholesterol numbers. This lard is "soft/smooth" directly from the fridge but can be used successfully for baking if the required amount is placed in the freezer for an hour or more before being cut into your flour/dry ingredients.
