Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme, brown mustard seeds, malt and rice vinegar. Try it on salad, sandwiches, vegetables, fish, poultry, other meat. GF and organic. In Medieval times, the herbs mentioned in the song represented virtues that were important to the lyrics. Parsley was comfort, sage was strength, rosemary was love, and thyme was courage. Parsley has been used to reduce the risk of certain cancers, improve immune function, modulate the immune system, and reverse inflammation. Sage has been used to treat loss of appetite, gas (flatulence), stomach pain (gastritis), diarrhea, heartburn, overproduction of perspiration and saliva; depression, and memory loss. It has also been used to calm fretfulness and relieve headaches. Chamomile promotes sleep and boosts immunity. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic properties. Ginger is a synergist, both with herbs and antibiotics. Valerian is often used to relieve stress, tension, insomnia, and nervous system disorders, as well as some cases of anxiety. For many it is relaxing and stimulating. For a select few, it may be stimulating. Steep for 30-60 minutes depending on desired strength. Drink hot, at room temperature, or iced. Avoid boiling the water while the herbs are present. Consider using a French press or easy to clean loose tea device (like those we offer in brewing accessories). Take at desired strength based on effectiveness (sometimes more is not better) for up to 2 weeks, then off a week. Drinking alcohol or operating vehicles or heavy machinery are not recommended after drinking this tea. Drink hot, at room temperature, or iced. Avoid boiling the water while the herbs are present. Penne noodles and chicken toasted in my garlic red sauce.Smothered with mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, parmesan cheeses, and finished with crushed red chili flakes and of course Italian herbs. Not designed to knock to your socks off spicy but this will have a distinct spiciness to it. This dish can be made without the crushed chili flakes. When placing the order just leave a note to exclude it! Sure to feed a family a four easily. Ingredients: Penne Pasta, chicken, San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, bay leafs, basil, mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, parmesan, parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, red crushed chili flakes, salt and pepper. Heating instructions. Leave out one hour prior to cooking* Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place in the oven and cook with foil on it for 45min. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. The top part should start to golden brown as this point. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165 degree f.

A much different take on a potato salad but I am sure it will not disappoint you in the least bit. I render most of the bacon fat first, then add onions, garlic, pepperoncinis and red bell peppers. Once they are slightly cooked, deglaze the pan with red wine vinegar. And the final step, toss the potatoes in the pan and finish with some fresh parsley and thyme. It's light, slightly sour and spicy, very filling, and fresh. Great for these hot summer days ahead of us. Perfect for a backyard bbq. One order of this will certainly be able to feed a few people very well. Ingredients: Russet potatoes, bacon, onions, pepperoncinis, red bell peppers, parsley, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper and Himalayan sea salt. It is recommended to heat this up slightly or to serve it at room temperature. If its right out of the refrigerator the bacon fat may be coagulated, might not be as good is all.

Do you like bread? Enjoy this staple guilt-free by buying a whole wheat loaf from me. Unlike many commercial bakeries that use bromated/carcinogenic ingredients, I use simple and minimally processed ingredients to make a delicious and filling bread. Bread made from whole wheat flour contains greater amounts of protein, fiber, and vitamins. 2-3 slices meets 15% of your daily iron needs and over a quarter of the recommended fiber intake. Whole wheat bread is also a great food to aid weight loss (ask me: I lost 20 pounds after I started making this bread)! This loaf makes approximately 10-12 slices + 2 endpieces. Slice as you go for best quality (unless if you plan to freeze it). Since my bread doesn't contain any preservatives, it's best to consume or freeze within 3-4 days of picking up. The bags are freezer friendly.
