The Market is back open today. Erdmann Farm, Ferris Family Farm and Rocky Glade Farm are taking a break while the upcoming cold temperatures are here. You can still find produce from Flying S Farms and Frontier Family Farms.

We have several new items on the Market this week:

  • Alfresco Pasta has added several new products including a smoked gouda bacon big cheez and a Spinach Pappardelle (Very Wide Noodle).
  • Flying S Farms has added two kinds of soup – a lentil and cabbage and a loaded potato.
  • Wedge Oak Farm has added already prepared chicken stock in addition to Blue Danube, a Hungarian inspired and pure Mangalitsa sausage.

Finally, Sean with Nuance Coffee and Tea sends us this message:

1. Mexico – International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) (Org.) – Cupping notes: Dutch chocolate, malted barley, amaretto liqueur, very sweet, med. acidity, Good Body
2. Laos – Naga Grade #1 – Rain Forest Alliance (RFA) – Champasak Region of the Boloven Plateau – Cupping notes: Earthy, Sumatran like cup, with tobacco and herbal notes.
