Unlike many commercial bakeries that use bromated/carcinogenic ingredients, I use simple and minimally processed ingredients to make a delicious and filling bread. This aromatic loaf is ideal for hearty sandwiches or breadcrumbs. 2-3 slices meets over 20% of your daily iron needs. It's also great for sandwiches or toasts on the go. This loaf makes approximately 10-12 slices + 2 endpieces. Slice as you go for best quality (unless if you plan to freeze it). Since my bread doesn't contain any preservatives, it's best to consume or freeze within 3 days of picking up. The bags are freezer friendly.
