Named for its banana-like shape, this variety bears sweet, mild banana peppers that mature from yellow, to orange, and then to crimson red. Plants fruit prolifically, easily producing up to 25 to 30 pods per plant. Banana peppers are great for frying and pickling, and are an excellent choice for making pepper rings for sandwiches. Great for containers. These plants are budded and ready to set into your vegetable garden.

This potato salad is mayo and mustard based. It contains hard boiled eggs, pickle relish, and sweet onions. It has savory, sweet, and slightly tangy flavor profiles. It’s garnish with a little paprika but it is not spicy just nice Smokey bell pepper flavor. By weight it’s 1lb and 1/2 of russet potato. Should be able to feed quite a few people.
