Everything you would expect and want from a green-bean casserole with some chef touches to it. Fresh green beans are used instead of canned, so it will have a little bit more backbone to the green beans when you bite into some. I make my own cream of mushroom soup and to finish the topping I had parmigiana reggiano cheese. It will come with the french's fried onions on the side. This is a vegetarian dish. Ingredients: Green beans, mushrooms, cream, vegetable stock, onions, celery, garlic, thyme, white wine, roux (butter and flour), parmigiana reggiano cheese, french's fried onions, salt and black pepper Reheating instructions: Leave casserole out at room temperature for 30minutes. Preheat even to 375. Place in over for 10-15minutes. Take out, if it is fully hot in the middle add fried onions and cook for 2 more minutes. Watch the onions closely they like to burn.
