Our vanilla sugar is the perfect way to infuse scrumptious vanilla flavor into all of your baking or beverages - coffee, tea etc. We take organic raw cane sugar, scrape out the vanilla bean paste, blend it into the sugar then add the emptied pods to infuse the sugar for a minimum of 2 weeks. Once ready, we remove the pods & jar for you. We use organic Madagascar vanilla beans. Anything you bake will be better with this sugar. Pair with our homemade vanilla extract (sold separately) for the ultimate dynamic duo!

All of our lettuces are grown pesticide here on our farm. Paris Island Baby Romaine is the standard green romaine for baby leaf. Provides good flavor and texture to salad mix. Its dark green leaves are as tasty as they are pretty. Holds up nicely in salads, on sandwiches, and is an exceptional option for grilled or warm salads. Packaged in batches of multiple small heads.

Named for its banana-like shape, this variety bears sweet, mild banana peppers that mature from yellow, to orange, and then to crimson red.
