A few years ago, a friend gave me a few Muscovy ducks for helping her out. I quickly realized that they are super fun animals to keep. I have kept a small flock ever since. These ducks are truly free range, they don't even have a pen. Our birds are never given any hormones or antibiotics. We process on farm and have designed our system to be as low stress as possible for the birds. These delicious birds are frozen whole and come with a neck.
