Black Bean Dip - Gluten Free - Vegan

This is an easy, quick recipe to make Black Bean Dip that’s good for you and doesn’t take long to make.
Serves: 4 Cups
Step by Step Instructions
- Boil water in a sauce pan on medium heat. Mix all of the dry ingredients and whisk into the water. Stir 1 minute over medium heat and then reduce to medium-low, cover and cook for 5-7 more minutes stirring occasionally. The mixture should thicken. If not, heat a little longer but make sure the bottom doesn't stick to the pan. Cool, add salsa, sour cream and lime juice. Makes about 4 cups.
- For Chips, consider our recipes for wheat or bean chips. Also consider Pita chips at the store lightly salted, lightly sprayed with Olive Oil and browned in the oven.
