Welcome back to another week of locally grown and made products. Besides new and returning products, the news of the week is that Stones River Market now accepts EBT payments. Please share that news with others.
New and returning items this week include:
- Okra from White City Produce and Greenhouse
- Purple Hull peas from Flying S Farms
- Freestone peaches from Rainbow Hill Farm
- A variety of peppers from Rocky Glade Farm and others
Wedge Oak Farm has some new artisan pork products this week. Tasso Ham, Smoked Ham Hocks,and loads of Bacon available!!!
New sausages added:
- Bangers- from the English Bangers and Mash dish
- Oishii – a Japanese sausage links, made especially for Wedge Oak Farm! means " tasty" in Japanese
- Baconage- bacon and sausage stuffed links
Dogwood Valley Greenhouse has reduced prices on their begonia hanging baskets. The “regular” size baskets, originally $10, are now $7. The larger baskets, originally $15, are now $11. Order these nice full baskets while there are still some left!
