Market is OPEN -- See you Wednesday

GOOD MORNING! Welcome to this weeks Stones River Online Farmers Market. We are OPEN – Sunday 8AM, April 24th and Monday April 25th until 10PM.

Please share our market web address with your health-conscious friends, via text, email, or social media (and/or forward this message). https://stonesriver.locallygrown.net The more healthy members we have, the more variety of produce and product we can provide!

We look forward to seeing you on the Porch this Wednesday, April 27th from 5-6:15, with deliveries following. Know that our growers have the hour prior to get their products organized so things might be a bit hectic (and crowded) if you come early.

If you CAN NOT pick up by 6:15pm, please let us know, we can make your orders available with Quinn’s Mercantile so you can stop by and pick them up. If we are NOT notified, your order will be donated and you will be invoiced for the amount of your order. We still need to pay our Growers for their products.

Delivery Service is available for $10 within a 10 mile radius of Murfreesboro, outside areas additional $1.00 per mile is added. Delivery is also available to Woodbury at a host location for $10. If this is the first time you’ve requested delivery please put your address in the comments before you check out and any special instructions. An Invoice will be emailed to you that includes a $1.00 Invoice fee after your order is Delivered. Again, please make sure your email and address is current. There will be additional $5.00 fee added if Delivery is requested after Market has closed on Monday Evening.

Weblog from a few of our Grower’s:

Keep a watch out….Strawberries are starting to make an appearance from several of our Growers, look in Fruits and Fruit Juice Catagory and scroll down to Strawberries. Best taste of Spring and a wonderful start to a whole new growing season.

Quarter Spring Farm: has as flight of fulgent eggs from our flock of free-range laying hens. We also have a scintillating stockpile of skin softening soaps, and a bevy of bold balms to cure your various ailments. We are lamentably low in stock on our chicken products, so load up your electronic carts while they are still available. And yes, I did get a thesaurus for Easter this year.

Bean Man: This week we have Gluten Free Cassava Flour Bread and Coconut Flour Bread in a loaf version. Both are great short bread loaves baked using our fresh flours and other ingredients. Look for them in the Baked Products category. In the coming weeks look for our Sourdough Bread in both a Vegan version and a version using eggs. As we mentioned last week, we won’t have the breads available every weekend but will have them for you as we are able. These will be a Stones River Market only offering.

We also have our Fresh Dry Beans, Mixes, Scottish Oatmeals, Gluten Free Flours and Ready to Mix products including 5 different Pizza Crust Mixes available for you to enjoy a healthy and delicious diet.

Emerald Acres: Thank you and enjoy what we have available this week: Baby Lettuce, Fresh Cut Parsley, Kale Bunch,
Seasonal Bouquet Flowers, Spinach, Spring Garlic, Strawberries and Swiss Chard.

Most all our Baked Items are back on the market except the Artisan Breads – coming back soon. Several Jams and Jellies; Pomegranate Jelly and our 2 most popular Jams; Seriously HOT Strawberry and It’s Hot Peach Habanero.
