Growers News:

Body & Soul Teas:
I have added a few new delicious teas that will help with Spring arriving soon.
Rooty Tooty: A blend of roots including Sarsaparilla give this blend a slight root beer taste.
Cool It: Anti-inflammatory herbs Turmeric and Meadosweet combined with Marshmallow and Ginger.
Glow: Beauty comes from within. Elderberries, Red Rooibos, Rose, Cardamom, Hibiscus, and Orange peel combine to lend anti-inflammatory support to skin and digestive system.

M&S Farms Angus Beef Producers: This week we have several delicious choices of our 100% Angus Beef. Our products are separated in various cuts and weights for what you might be needing.

Dogwood Valley Greenhouse:
Spring has sprung! Or is it still Christmas? The seasons are on a collision course at Dogwood Valley Greenhouse! This week we have a few pink and a couple of red Christmas cacti (technically Thanksgiving cacti, but no one really calls them that!) blooming again. These are not huge plants, but each one has at least half-a-dozen buds coming on. When given cool growing temperatures of 55-60F and not watered for a month, they will bloom multiple times in a year, but each bloom cycle will be less prolific. These plants will brighten your windowsill or plant area nicely.

And finally, the long-awaited daffodils are opening! If you need some bright yellow cheer on your dining table as badly as I do, grab one of these beauties! The early ones will last another week if the weather is not too warm. Then the later, multi-colored ones will bloom. Get yourself a now-and-later! And if you have a vase left over from last year, I will be glad to take it back.

RnR Farm: Butterhead, Red Leaf and Lettuce Blends available this week along with Free Range Eggs.

C&M Valley Farm:
‘QUAIL EGGS’ Have you ever had quail eggs, you don’t know what you are missing! Delicious in an omelet, egg salad, pudding or over easy.

Quail eggs are small, so three to four of them roughly equate to the serving size of one chicken egg.

For being so small, these eggs are surprisingly rich in nutrients.

Mama D’s Bakery:

We also have everything else available this week too! We have Crusty French Bread, Organic White Wheat Bread, Mocha Muffins, Chocolate Swiss Roll, Cinnamon Rolls, Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls, Blueberry Lemon Yeast Rolls, Banana Bread and Pumpkin Bread(with the option of nuts or not), Bagels(plain, cinnamon raisin, blueberry, and everything), Donuts(cake and yeast), Cream Cheese Danishes, Pies(chocolate fudge, pecan, chocolate chip pecan, pumpkin and sweet potato), Cookies, Granola and Protein Bars, Yeast Breads, Sourdough Breads, and Fruit Scones. Sows’ Ear Piggery:
We will be in vacation mode this week due to work travel. Please check back for our pork products next week.

Quarter Springs Farm: Delicious ground lamb meat now available! We grow our lambs out on the pasture with moms for 6-8 months. Never grain fed or medicated, only mom’s milk and grass. Also available a good selection of Whole Chicken and cuts.

Sassy Cassie:
We are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day early. Get a Regular Cottage Pie with the purchase of any 2 casseroles. It will freeze well until March 17th. Next week, we will unveil two more Celtic delights.
