’It’s Cold Outside’, finally a break from the unbelievable heat wave, I think Fall has finally arrived! Even though the weather is getting colder the Market is ‘Sizzling’ with great things. Enjoy your online shopping today.
News from Our Growers:
Carole’s Herbs (CS3 Farms): Assuming we will get past the threat of frost, we still have a few bunches of Arugula! We also have larger 8 oz. and 12 oz. sizes of our herbal honey (lavender, cinnamon cardamom and habanero), as well as 12 and 24oz. sizes of our Wolfberry Mint, Ginger Fig shrubs/tonics. We have plenty of Cinnamon and Herbal POWER Balls available, as well as some really good Curry Garlic (back by popular demand) Hummus.
The Sugared Spoons: Back with wonderfully delicious cookies, NEW is Cheesecake Stuffed Pumpkin Cookies.
Rainbow Hill Farm: Apples available this week; Rome, Granny Smith, Mutsu, Red Delicious, Winesap and Yellow Delicious.
Flying S Farms: Curly Leaf lettuce available this week, Daikon and Cherry Bell Radishes, Delicata and Carnival Squash along with Butternut Squash. Frozen 2 oz. HOT Pepper Puree Shots; Ghost, Orange Habanero, Red Habanero and Fatali. We’ve done the work for you! Drop into stews, soups, chili or anything you’d like to heat up! Several jams are back in stock, Pumpkin Butter coming soon.
6R Farms: Thank you for a great season, we will return Spring of 2020!
Remember Next week on October 23rd from 5-6:30 pm we will have our “Taste of Fall” event and a Gift Certificate Drawing. Several of Our Growers will have items available and information about what to expect during the Fall and Winter months and you will have a chance to win a $25, $10 or $5 Gift Certificate to the Market. When you place an order your name is entered for the drawing. This is the last market until the drawing next week, place your order, it could be YOU!
