Fourth of July is just around the corner and it falls on a Wednesday this year. Market will be open Sunday and Monday as usual but instead of Wednesday delivery we will do the deliveries on TUESDAY July 3rd. Be sure to take advantage of the market that week for great ‘picnic – barbeque’ items!

“News from our Vendors”:

From Wedge Oak Farm: We have some delicious handmade small batch sausages, chicken, duck and pork cuts available this week. Our Honey Pig Sausage is a chipotle pepper and honey sweetened sausage that is packed in a one pound pack of 4 links. Slightly hot and finishing sweet it is a delicious sausage to add to a dish or cook and eat alone. Also available this week is Wild Onion Sausage. Small Batch and hand made from our pasture raised hogs, this one is delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner.

From Flying S Farms: We have added Cucumbers, Candy Onions and Large Bat like Green Zucchini that can be grated for baking, fritters or stuffed. The summer heat fluctuation has caused our Broccoli and Cauliflower heads to be a little small but they are still delicious raw or cooked, great tossed on the grill.

*Farrar Farm LLC *will be away this week but return next week.
