The Market is Back Open - Thanksgiving is Fast Approaching

The Market opens back up this morning and Thanksgiving is not too far away. I want to let everyone know the pick up schedule for the week of Thanksgiving.
Murfreesboro – It’s easy. Nothing changes. Wednesday will still be the pick up.
Nashville – There will be NO pick up on Thanksgiving day. So if you want to order anything for Thanksgiving, it will need to be done this week.
This is your last week to pre-order your turkey for Thanksgiving from West Wind Farms.

Dogwood Valley Greenhouse is running two specials this week. Buy 2, Get 1 free on all trade gallon pots of Perennials, Ferns, & Herb Plants from Dogwood Valley Greenhouse. Most are out of bloom now, but are strong, healthy plants, which will develop good root systems before cold weather. They are eager to burst into bloom in your garden next spring. Order your 2 plants as usual on the market, and in the comments section indicate your first & second choices of an additional free plant. Please be specific if there are 2 or more varieties listed (astilbe, carnation, etc.). Also, purple Wandering Jew hanging baskets are HALF-PRICE while supplies last.
From Mike with Ridiculous Chocolate: “As it gets closer to colder weather, our hot chocolate makes a great treat. One free sample will be added to any orders of our chocolate containers.”
From Catherine with Flying S Farms: “Any of my sweet breads will make wonderful desserts. Our breads and jams make excellent house warming gifts. We have added some new soups, jams and biscuits in time for the holidays.”
