Herb Plants - Multiple Uses
<p>Most of these have culinary as well as medicinal uses, and may also be useful in the landscape.</p>Garlic scapes are an unusual product. This recipe features those as well as sugar snap peas. I would suspect snow peas might make a good substitute.
