Dogwood Valley Greenhouse:
It’s Christmas time in Tennessee! Well, not really, but it is time to put in your order for decorations from Dogwood Valley Greenhouse. This year I will be selling at Wildwood Christmas Tree Farm in Woodbury, but I want to be sure all my local friends receive the items they want before I take any to the farm. So here is how this will work: prepay the total cost now, and reserve a delivery date. Note: it will be easier for me to fill your order on a later date. I promise I will not run out of wreaths and kissing balls, but it’s hard to make as many as are wanted early in the season. They should last about a month if outside, and will be just as beautiful after Christmas as before. Delivery will begin the first Wednesday of December and continue till all orders are filled. Also available this year: beautiful table basket centerpieces and herb plant baskets. Order and pay now, pick up and enjoy in December. Coming in a month or so: Christmas cacti.

Fungalicious:
As the holiday approaches we find ourselves wondering who would like to have gourmet mushrooms to pare with their dishes for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Here at Fungalicious it takes us four weeks start to finish in order to produce these wonderful delicacies. We would love to make sure that any and all who wish to have them can so we need to get an idea of what to plan for in the growing cycle. If you could please send us an email letting us know what you would like and how much it would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us to plan the harvest for that week.

Body and Soul Teas:
Herbal tea blends for sipping and soaking. My current product line includes herbal tea blends, bath teas, and herbal steams.

Flying S Farms: Some of the items we have this week include; Salad Onions, Sweet Potatoes, Romanesco, Cheddar, Purple and White Cauliflower. Also Radishes (try them roasted-delicious) Turnips, Daikon’s, Kale, Turnips Greens, Winter Squash: New Blue Squash!, Butternut and Carnival. Sweet breads, assorted brownie and lemon bars, pumpkin bread as well as cookies are back on the market. Artisan Breads and Sour Dough Breads and biscuits. As well as our Sour Dough Breads in loaves and rolls. We’ll be Jammin’ again this week so be sure to check back. Few of our most requested jams are back! Christmas Jam (Cranberry + Strawberry) and Cowboy Candy (Candied Jalapenos), Dark Cherry Jam and Seriously HOT Strawberry, planning to add few more later in the week to have available next week.
