RnR Farms: This week we still have the best naturally grown lettuce in Middle Tennessee. And we will have it all through the summer, fall, and winter. It takes hard work and dedication to nurse a crop that hates heat and humidity through the heat and humidity. But we are committed (in more ways than one) to providing locally grown, naturally grown, better than organic salad greens to you year-round. We also grow items that complement salads, such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and other greens. So as the weather heats up, choose an RnR Farms salad bag and the appropriate accessories to fully enjoy the coolness that locally grown, naturally grown salads will bring.

Quarter Spring Farm: Summer is great. Long days at the lake and long nights around the campfire. Good times with friends and family. And bugs. Lots of bugs. If you want to enjoy being outside without being feasted on by flying foes, try our Bug Off bar from Quarter Spring Farm. It is formulated to be easy on your skin and the planet, but hard on bugs. We have several new scents available for our lotion bars and have released our seasonal summer soap scents: Kiss from a Rose and Cream Soda. Be sure to check them out this week on the market.

Also, be thinking ahead for the Independence Day weekend, we have lots of great choices for grilling and smoking. As always, our pork is raised outdoors, in sunshine and fresh air.
