Update from Carole’s Herbs (CS3 We have carob power balls, two flavors of shrub concentrate (drinking vinegars), and flowers!

Our carob balls are handmade, with raisins and astragalus. Carob tastes a little like chocolate, is Nutrient-Dense, low in calories, and a good source of calcium.

Try a gut-healthy Ginger-Fig or Wolfberry Mint shrub/tonic for great taste combined with nutritious ingredients. Use them as a salad dressing poured over your choice of salad greens or microgreens, or mixed with water for a delicious and refreshing drink.

The field daisies are blooming brightly — get you a dozen to brighten your home! The bachelor buttons (cornflowers) are also showing off. Bachelor Buttons are edible and medicinal, so you can “recycle” them after they are finished blooming! Make a bouquet or an edible centerpiece.

Look forward seeing you “At the Curb" of Quinn’s Mercantile Wednesday June 6th from 5:00 – 6:30pm, please contact me if you are unable to make delivery or are running late, please phone, email or text me so we can make arrangements to get your order to you.
