Bone Broth soup

I drink this recipe daily it has helped my joint inflammation and bones!

Serves: 5 people


Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken feet
2lbs Beef Stew bones
7 cups Water
1 large Chopped Onions
10 Garlic Cloves
5 Carrots and other veggies
5 tps Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Pinches of Sea Salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Steep for 2 days then drink the broth. I add turnip greens later after the first day.
