I drink this recipe daily it has helped my joint inflammation and bones!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken feet
  • 2lbs Beef Stew bones
  • 7 cups Water
  • 1 large Chopped Onions
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 Carrots and other veggies
  • 5 tps Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Pinches of Sea Salt

Instructions

    Steep for 2 days then drink the broth. I add turnip greens later after the first day.
