Happy New Year -- Market is OPEN


Welcome to the first market of 2020! We hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday break and looking forward to a even better New Year. The Market opens 8am on Sunday Morning and closes 10 pm Monday evening. Order early before quantities available run out! www.stonesriver.locallygrown.net

Farrar Farm LLC: Great SALE to start the year off with….Buy 5 Pounds of Ground Beef and get 1 pound free!

Wedge Oak Farm: Back this week with delicious meats and eggs.

Carole’s Herbs (CS3 Farms):Our arugula is growing happily and ready to be added to your choice of salad or cooked dish. We also have fresh mustard greens ready to add some excitement to your meals. For healthy snacks, try our Cinnamon and Herbal POWER Balls, and for nut butter alternatives, check out our Sunflower Seed butter and Pumpkin Seed butter.

Stock up on our Elderberry Syrup to boost your immune system during the holidays. Our Shrubs (drinking vinegars/tonics) can be warmed to make your favorite beverage oh-so-good. Get some of our mustards and honeys before you get bored with salad, sandwiches, or dinner meals. We also have Gunpowder Green, China Black, and Oolong tea to warm you up.

Mo’ Scrubs by Toya: We’ve added new all natural body butters and bath salts to the market! Bath salts come in five different varieties, and there’s one perfect for cold/flu season. The body butters are made with raw Shea from Ghana and come in different scents that smell good enough to eat.

The Sugared Spoon: Celebrate the New Year with Confetti cookies! Sugar cookies rolled in rainbow sprinkles. Our Bars, Brownies and Cookies are available in small quantities as well as by the dozen or pan. Enjoy as a snack or share with family and friends.

Short Mountain Cultures: Start 2020 off by supporting your gut health with probiotic rich foods and beverages from Short Mountain Cultures. We’ve added Strawberry Cloud Coconut Kefir back in the mix! Our coconut kefir is delicious in smoothies, as a snack with fruit, a sour cream substitute, or with oatmeal. Dogwood Valley Greenhouse: Liven up the indoors during winter when the out-of-doors is gray and uninviting, a Pink Christmas Cactus, Rex Begonias or Aloe Vera Plant will do just that.

Flying S Farms: Your wait is over..Artisan Style Olive Sourdough bread is finally available again! Plenty of Jams and Jellies, Sweet Breads, Soft Texture Sour Dough Breads and rolls, Brownies and Bars to choose from. If there are any baked goods you’d like to see on the market, please let me know, I’ll see what I can do or find.

Caney Fork Farms: Our Winter Season schedule with the Market is monthly, next times will be January 22nd, February 26th and March 25th, returning weekly in April 2020
