The Market is back open this week with a wide variety of uproducts available for you. Here are some items of interest as well as new products.
Dogwood Valley Greenhouse is running a special on perennials this week. Now is a very good time to start or add to a perennial garden. Planted now, perennials will have time to grow strong, healthy roots before cold weather. Good roots in fall mean plentiful blooms in spring. Get your perennials now… regularly $6 each, they are 3 for $15 this week.
Farmer Brown has introduced Wheat Grass Juice. It will come to you frozen to use as needed.
Nuance Coffee and Teas has expanded his loose leaf tea listing.
Prospect Hill Farm has added a couple of new varieties of turnips to the Market.
Rainbow Hill Farm has added Rome and Winesap to their wide variety of apples this week in addition to their other listings of vegetables.
Rocky Glade Farm has brought back several varieties of winter squash to go with their other listing of vegetables and honey.
Don’t forget, you still have time to reserve Thanksgiving turkeys from Wedge Oak Farm and West Wind Farms.
