Kale Chips
Kale is a popular item right now so I went and found numerous recipes to share with everyone.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, rinsed
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2Pull the kale leaves from the stems (optional) and tear into pieces (2 inch-ish)
- 3Toss leaf pieces in medium bowl with extra virgin olive oil until all pieces are evenly coated
- 4Arrange on 1-2 baking sheets, not overlapping
- 5Lightly salt leaves with sea salt
- 6Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes
- 7Serve and eat immediately
